How quickly do you respond to emails?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event with a 15% processing fee. Within 30 days, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee. To request a refund or transfer, email conference@sfruby.com.
International attendees & visas
We're glad to provide an official invitation letter for your visa application — just email conference@sfruby.com. If your visa is denied, your ticket stays fully transferable to another attendee, or refundable until 30 days out minus 15%.
